Processing Time
Once you place the order through our online store www.ceylonmarket.com.au , it will take 24 hours to dispatch the order from our warehouse. This time period includes order verification, payment verification, quality checking and order packaging. Public holidays, Shop closing days and any other special circumstances could be changed the normal processing time of an order without further notice.
Delivery Service provider
Local Deliveries (Gold Coast Area) : Uber Me
We offer delivery through Uber for local orders within the Gold Coast area. This ensures fast and efficient service for our nearby customers.
Deliveries to Other AreasÂ
All the other deliveries are done by courier services and you can select the courier services as your preference at the time you place your online order. All the delivery charges are calculated at the time you place the order and modifying the order may cause to change the delivery charges. However, if our Delivery carriers are unable to deliver the Goods to a Delivery address you specify (including if there is no-one at the Delivery Address to receive the Goods), our carrier may leave your goods at the local post office or courier depot and may leave a calling card at the Delivery Address. If a calling card is left at the Delivery Address, you must arrange to collect the Goods from the post office or courier depot (or if applicable) have them re-delivered to your Delivery address at your cost.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the Delivery Address and our Delivery carriers. Once we dispatch the order to nominated courier service from our stores, usually it takes about 4–10 business days while express courier service usually takes about 2–5 business days but sometimes it can be varied with the different circumstances and we are not responsible or liable for any delayed occurs from the courier’s end.
Accept or reject an order
If a product is unavailable, we’ll let you know before dispatching the order. If you have chosen to allow substitutions, we’ll choose a similar item accordingly and it may cause to change the prices of the product and if due, the amount should be paid accordingly.
When you place the order it is required to provide a correct delivery address and contact details. If we couldn’t accept your order for any reason or if any changes in the order, we will contact you via provided contact details. Incorrect contact details or incorrect information could be reasons to cancel the order without notice.
Modifying or cancelling orders
Once you have submitted an order, you may not cancel or modify that order via our online store even if the order is still under processing.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us on 07 559 666 89. Any orders cancellation may incur a $20 cancellation fee.

Risk of loss or damage
All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we dispatch the goods. Further, we will not be liable for damage to or loss of goods left at your unattended delivery address.
