Return
You can return products if the item is defective, damaged, or different from the ordered product. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must inform us by email at contact@ceylonmarket.com.au. We will not be liable to rectify incorrect supply of goods or damage to goods unless you advise us within 24 hours of taking delivery of goods. We will not accept returns of goods any later than seven days (7) after the date of the invoice. Items that are returned should be in the same condition as when supplied and should be unused.
Refund
You’re entitled to a refund, replacement if: The item is faulty or damaged, you were sent the wrong item or you were sent the wrong size.
You are NOT entitled to a refund because you just changed your mind, you found the product cheaper at another store, you don’t like it, you bought the wrong size, and the product has a fault that you knew about before you bought it as the fault was listed in the description. If we accept the return, we will either refund the product price to you or provide you with a credit note against future purchases of Goods.
Proof of purchase
You will need to present valid proof of purchase to be eligible for a replacement or refund. If you do not have proof of purchase and you wish to return a faulty or defective product, please contact our store within 24 hours of taking delivery of goods. You will be required to provide identification showing your name, address and signature and these details will be recorded for loss prevention purposes. In the above instances, ART Global Pty Ltd reserves the sole right to make the decision to refund or replace.

If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods as an item is out of stock, we undertake to reimburse the product price which is initially debited from your account for the purchase.
